If you’re ready to submit your vocal, simply head over to your singer dashboard and click on the submit button. Alternatively, you can follow this link to access the submission form. Don’t forget to provide essential information such as if you want to sell it as a PRO vocal, license, genre, gender, key, and bpm. And most importantly, remember to insert a link to your vocal file.
When submitting vocals, it’s crucial to maintain a well-organized folder structure and ensure accurate naming for all files. Please refer to this guide for structuring your audio files effectively.

Kindly provide us with two folders, one for ‘Entry’ and the other for ‘Professional’ and include the following files if available:
Standard vocals refer to vocals, that you either do not want to sell exclusively on Voxalized or you miss all the files for a PRO vocal (listed above). This means, you do not have to follow any folder structure. For more informations, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Please provide a fully produced demo for the vocal preview on Voxalized. This will help the producers visualize the possibilities and increase the conversion rate and overall sales of your vocals. The more time spent on the demo song, the better its potential for selling.
Note: Creating a demo song is optional, but doing so will enhance your vocals potential.
After you accept the terms and conditions and upload your vocal to your dashboard, your product will be processed with a high priority and promptly uploaded on Voxalized. You will be able to view your vocal in your dashboard shortly after. Due to manual reviews and artwork design processes, it can take up to 3 business days.
